Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for GPT2Image. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record.

Failed generations

If a generation fails or is blocked by the safety filter, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to request this.

One-time credit packs

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of that pack's credits have been used. After any credit from a pack is used, or after 7 days, that purchase is non-refundable. Credits from packs are valid for 12 months.

Monthly plans

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep the current period's credits until the period ends.

A renewal charge can be refunded within 7 days if none of that period's credits have been used. Monthly credits do not roll over.

Free credits

Sign-up bonus credits and free images have no cash value and are not refundable.

How to request

Email contact@gpt2image.io from your account email and include your order number.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem, usually within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, the credits from that purchase are removed from your account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. A chargeback may lead to account suspension.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change.
